There was a time in my life when I was in great shape...
granted, I was in grade 8 and training for synchronized swimming 3 days a week...
I got out of shape in high school, but was fit in time to look hot in my prom dress.
And then university happened, and I put on almost 20 pounds.
I feel awful and my body is always sore.
By no means do I want to get "skinny."
I just want to lose my belly and feel good again.
UPDATE: i decided recently that my outlook was only making things harder... i have a new goal : to get healthy. I want to eat right and work out, and be comfortable in my skin. I have decreased my weight loss goal, to indicate my changing priorities. Wish me Luck!
